Insert moldingWe formulate and blow our foam with non-ozone-depleting pentane — finer cells, tighter density control, better integral-skin formation where it matters. We also use water-blown systems where the application calls for it. Michigan Title V permitted, explosion-rated equipment.

We work closely with a mold manufacturer located in Marshall and handle the mold construction process from design to production parts — or we run production from a mold you supply. First sample parts in 6–8 weeks; production tooling timelines vary by size and complexity.

Rubber deforms, cracks in cold weather, and absorbs oil and fuel until it fails. Integral-skin urethane resists hydrocarbon fluids, holds its shape across a wide temperature range, and survives years of outdoor exposure without hardening or cracking. The dense skin resists abrasion and UV; the foam core absorbs impact when a tire rolls over a chock or a cart crosses a cable run. Both product lines are molded from the same chemistry.
Chocks: single-piece wedge, dual-wedge pair, wide-base aircraft profile, and studded off-road. Crossovers: single or dual bottom tunnels, circular tunnels with PVC or steel lining, and top-access designs. Custom logo plates emboss branding into the standard wheel chock mold.
Aircraft ground support, airport ramp equipment, heavy construction and mining vehicles, rail maintenance, warehouse and dock equipment, and oil field vehicles. Crossovers add outdoor events and stage production, film and broadcast, construction sites, and utilities work.
