The numbers engineers need — across our integral-skin, flexible foam, and RIM systems.
Each system is tuned to a process and an application envelope. Custom compounds start from one of these three.
Self-skinning polyurethane for ergonomic, visible, and user-contact parts. Skin Shore A 45–85, overall density 25–45 PCF.
Open-cell molded polyurethane foam for cushioning, seating, and impact. Density 6–16 lbs./cu.ft., Shore A 30–60, free-rise density 12–30 PCF, IFD 20–120 lbf. Color options available.
Reaction-injection-molded polyurethane for tight-tolerance parts. Shore A 60–85 solid, or cellular cores at 30–55 PCF.
Aliphatic non-yellowing, UL 94 HB/V-0 fire-rated, and chemical-resistant variants on request.
Typical properties across our integral-skin (CUC-IS) family. Flexible-foam and RIM property sheets available on request.
Properties vary with formulation, density, and test method. Part-specific data sheets available on request.
Describe the application. We'll recommend a starting formulation — or engineer one.
