The versatile one. A dense, self-formed outer skin and a cushioning foam core, produced in one pour. For ergonomic grips, armrests, medical housings, equipment enclosures, and any part that needs to look finished and feel comfortable.
Integral skin detailOpen-cell molded polyurethane foam, 6–16 lbs./cu.ft., Shore A 30–60 durometer. For cushioning, seating, impact absorption, and positioning pads. Custom firmness tuning.
Flexible foam detailHigh-pressure impingement mixing and closed-mold injection. The right process when you need Class A surface finish, consistent dimensions, or complex interior geometry.
RIM detailThreaded studs, mounting plates, stainless bushings, and machined cores molded in at pour time. Stronger than bonded joints. Ship-ready as one part.
Insert moldingWe use non-ozone-depleting pentane as a physical blowing agent — not water-blown CO₂ — because it produces finer cells, tighter density control, and more consistent skin formation. Temperature-controlled molds and alternative non-ozone-depleting blowing agents are also available. Title V permitted, explosion-rated facility. 25+ years of operation under Michigan environmental compliance.
